2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) define the terms and conditions under which the Company "Rent Motors" offers its clients:
- The provision of prestigious Ferrari and Lamborghini vehicles
- For an approximate duration of 20 minutes
- On a predefined route in Paris
- With mandatory presence of a co-pilot representing the Company.
Any reservation implies full and complete acceptance of these T&C.
3. Booking Conditions
Booking is mandatory and must be made in advance.
The client must provide:
- First and last name
- Phone number or email address
- Desired date and time
Booking can be made:
- By phone
- By email
- Via a booking platform
A deposit of €10 may be requested to secure the time slot.
The balance or the full amount is payable on the day of the service, before departure.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking in case of unavailability or for legitimate reasons (e.g., unfavorable weather conditions, technical problems with the vehicle, etc.).
4. Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation by the client
Any cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled date to be eligible for a refund.
After this period, no refund can be claimed.
Cancellation by the Company
The Company may cancel or postpone the service in case of:
- Unfavorable weather conditions
- Force majeure
- Vehicle breakdown or unavailability
- Safety reasons
- Client under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Behavior deemed dangerous or inappropriate
- Client's measurements incompatible with the vehicle
In these cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Any delay exceeding 10 minutes may result in cancellation of the service without refund.
5. Participation Conditions
The driver must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid French driver's license or one issued by a European Union or European Economic Area country
- If the license is issued outside the EU/EEA, have an official French translation or an international license, and be on a short-term tourist stay
- Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The Company reserves the right to refuse departure without refund in case of non-compliance with these conditions.
6. Insurance and Deductible
Vehicles are insured in accordance with current French legislation.
Non-fault accident
In case of a duly recorded non-fault accident, no charges will be incurred by the client.
At-fault accident
In case of an at-fault accident or damage caused to the vehicle during the service, the client will be liable for a maximum deductible of:
- €5,000
- €10,000 if the driver has held their license for less than 3 years
Damages not covered
May remain the client's responsibility:
- Damages caused by gross negligence
- Non-compliance with instructions or traffic laws
- Dangerous driving
- Any intentional damage.
The Company reserves the right to take any necessary action to obtain full compensation for damages suffered if the damages exceed the deductible amount or are not covered by insurance.
7. Liability
The client is fully responsible for their driving during the service.
The Company cannot be held responsible for:
- Traffic violations committed by the client
- Fines or penalty points
- Loss or damage to personal belongings.
Any fines will be charged exclusively to the client.
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Drive dangerously
- Smoke in the vehicle
- Film while driving.
The Company reserves the right to exclude any client who does not respect these rules.
8. Service Procedure
The service covers approximately 8 kilometers, or about 20 minutes.
The route may be modified depending on traffic or for safety reasons.
A Company representative is present on board the vehicle throughout the service.
The client agrees to respect traffic laws and the Company representative's instructions.
The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service in case of dangerous behavior, without possibility of refund.
9. Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes.
The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of booking.
10. Personal Data
Collected data is used only for booking management.
In accordance with GDPR, the client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by sending a request by email.
11. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and following of the Consumer Code, the client may use a consumer mediator free of charge in case of unresolved disputes.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the Company's registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.
